Putting in the miles for conservation

Hey, Friend!
I am currently training for my FIRST FULL MARATHON, the Bank of America Chicago Marathon on October 9, 2022. Not going to lie, it's a little daunting, but I am excited for the challenge. While training, I am also fundraising for World Wildlife Fund (WWF), which is also a little daunting and exciting.
As you probably know, I am a huge nature nerd and have studied conservation on 3 continents. So when the opportunity to fundraise for this race was presented to me, it was a no brainer to raise money for WWF.
As WWF says, "deforestation, climate change, water scarcity, and illegal wildlife trade. These are some of the threats facing our planet today—and no one person or group can tackle them alone.
"But if we work together, we can take on anything. That’s why every day, WWF works in unity with many people, partners, and institutions to achieve lasting conservation solutions."
Sign me up! You can also be a part of protecting our forests, our oceans, our fresh water, our wildlife, our energy supply, our food supply, and so much more.
Your donation will help make it possible to protect the future of nature AND will help me stay motivated to put in the miles to make my goals a reality.
Thank you for giving what you can; every dollar, like every miles, counts!
