Welcome to My Personal Page
I am fundraising for World Wildlife Fund with my community event page because my four year old son, Trent, decided he wants to do something to help endangered animals all over the world. Why? On 9-8-16 we were reading about the Mountain Gorilla and he was shocked and saddened to hear that the Mountain Gorilla and several other animal species are critically endangered. He immediately said, "We need to tell everyone about this! We need to do something. We need to help the animals! I want to call my friends to tell them." After discussing how he could personally take action to make change, he decided he wanted to start a club called "Save the Animal World" to help educate others about the endangered species we read about. We discussed ways he could help the animals, and raising money to donate to an organization that helps conserve nature was the best way. He wants to make sure his efforts and fundraising are utilized in the most effective way, so we decided to join forces with the World Wildlife Fund.
Trent started team "Save the Animal World!" and has asked his Dad and I to join his team. Trent is planning a party and silent auction at our home in October, in which all proceeds are directly donated online to the WWF on behalf of his team.
Together we want to help protect the future of nature. Your support will benefit WWF’s mission to conserve nature and reduce the most pressing threats to the diversity of life on Earth.
Please consider donating to our team. We appreciate all of your love and support!
