Save the Endangered Pandas

Hi! My name is Gwendolyn, I am 18 years old and I am raising awareness for the pandas. I know I am young but protecting the panda species is something I am deeply passionate about. When I was younger, I grew to love the panda species. For one reason being, as a kid I loved them because they are adorable (enough said). But as I got older, I grew an emotional attachment to that Oreo colored fluff of happiness. My baby brother went into the hospital and he was required to be put under anesthesia. It was a minor surgery, but I was still worried about things that could go wrong, so I went into the gift shop area of the hospital to keep myself distracted. I came across a cute stuffed panda with large eyes. (Let’s face it, I was a kid. I was hooked at first sight). The day just so happened to be Valentines Day, so my mom bought it for me. The surgery was successful, but even so, I always kept that thing in hand for days. Those days turned into weeks which turned into years. That panda became my emotional support buddy.
Now I did not make this fundraiser to give a yelp review on a stuffed animal, but to help gain donations for these beautiful creatures. Pandas are a highly intelligent, caring, and supportive creature that must be protected from the harsh results of deforestation, hunting, and illegal capture and confinement. All animals are important and must be cared for and protected, so let’s begin showing support to our animal kingdom with pandas as a first step to reaching our goal for world peace for all living beings.
Pandas are animals of teamwork, skill, and even support other animals and people when they are feeling down. (Pandas in panda sanctuaries even run to their nannies and care takers if they notice them being sad, only to give them a big hug of support). That stuffed animal I mentioned was enough to get me through tough times. So, let’s all work together to save the real thing.
When it comes to making a donation to save these angelic creatures, no contribution is too small or too big, but is always appreciated. Little donations can make a big difference. Can you donate a dollar today to help protect our pandas?
