Help save wildlife by donating to my community project!
I am fundraising for World Wildlife Fund because I want to protect the future of nature.
Many people say that endangered animals are not an issue for humans to be concerned with and that we have other, more important things to worry about. But did you know that 99% of endangered species are threatened because of human activity? That means that we have to take action to stop it.
Extinction is a healthy part of ecosystems and occurs naturally at “background” rates, which is losing about 1 to 5 species per year. However, scientists say we’re losing 150 to 200 species per day, which is nearly 1,000 times the background rate. It’s time for us to start standing up for the environment.
Please join me in this important work by making a donation today. Even a small contribution can make a big difference.
Thank you for giving what you can.
