Year #3, and I'm so excited! Paddling, water, and a cause near and dear to my heart... does it get any more perfect? From August 12-21, I will join with nature lovers from across the country as we paddle on our favorite bodies of water as part of World Wildlife Fund's Panda Paddle Virtual Event.

I'm not one that asks for money, but I've decided that this is my once a year exception because I feel so strongly about this cause. When I took the boys camping, I taught them to leave the site in better condition than we found it. Why would we treat our planet any differently? 

I'm determined to do all I can to make sure my grandchildren and beyond are able to experience all of the wonders, adventures, lessons, peace, and soul-fulfillment that nature offers. WWF is one of the organizations that I feel is tackling preservation on all fronts--oceans, lands, flora, and fauna.
