Maryann and Kimmy's: Lets create a HO-NU world for the Sea Turtles!

Honu (Turtle in Hawaiian) are in need of your help!
There are deadly threats at every life stage; by catch, illegal trade and direct consumption, habitat loss, and climate change are just some of the few examples of what's threatening these creatures. Tens of thousands are lost each year to over harvesting and illegal trade. Roughly 5k turtles are caught each year as bycatch by Indonesian longline vessels alone.*
I am fundraising for World Wildlife Fund and these turtles because I want to protect the future of nature (which is something we rely on as well!).
Deforestation, climate change, water scarcity, and illegal wildlife trade. These are some of the threats facing our planet today—and no one person or group can tackle them alone. But if we work together, we can take on anything.
We can protect the very things that keep us alive: our forests, our oceans, our fresh water, our wildlife, our energy supply, our food supply.
Please join me in this important work by making a donation today.
Thank you for giving what you can.
