Welp, I did a thing, friends… 

I signed up for the World Wildlife Foundation SUP challenge & fundraiser. 

I’ve been a lover of nature since I was a child, growing up in the country, but in my more recent years as an adult I’ve become increasingly and painfully more aware of the damage we are doing to nature, the environment, our planet, and the impact that has on endangered species, animals, our livelihood, and our home, Mother Earth. 

I feel so passionately and strongly that we each have to take tangible, actionable steps, if we want to see a difference. This fundraiser supports an organization I’ve been passionate about since I was a young kid, one that is contributing millions of dollars to conservation and education efforts, and one that promotes animal conservation. 

From August 12-21, I will join with nature lovers from all across the country as we paddle separately, but together, on our favorite bodies of water as part of World Wildlife Fund's Panda Paddle Virtual Event.
