I am fundraising for World Wildlife Fund because I want to protect the future of nature.
My name is Ramona, and I am 9 years old. I got into saving endangered animals because of a Scholastic News I read in 2nd grade. It was about gorillas and other monkeys and how they're endangered. When I heard that our great-great-ancestors were dying, it made me feel bad because we as humans are apes, too. After that, I wanted to help endangered animals, so I created an Endangered Animals Club at school. I discovered WWF and now I want to help them raise money for endangered animals. Thank you so much for joining my team! Go OWLS!!!
Here are most of the threats to endangered animals: deforestation, climate change, water scarcity, and illegal wildlife trade.
We can protect the very things that keep us alive: our forests, our oceans, our fresh water, our wildlife, and our energy supply.
Please join me in this important work by making a donation today.
Thank you for giving what you can. -Ramona :)
