Welcome to My Species Step Challenge Fundraising Page
Hi guys my name is Ha Khuong Duy, a 16-years-old high schooler, and I think we all know what is happening around the world: The Corona virus.
People lost their jobs, companies had to shut down and all industries are suffering from this. I know this is is a hard time, but perhaps we can find some consolation in the situation knowing that in a way, Nature is healing thanks to human inactivity.
As a student without a job and no income, l can't possibly understand the seriousness of the situation but l know, and l believe deep down, you all too know that things might get worst.
Corona might not be the only zoonotic disease out there that can cause a pandemic like this. In fact, deforestation increases the contact between zoonotic diseases population and human population, thus introducing more diseases to human.
That is why l am fundraising for World Wildlife fund by participating in the Species Step Challenge: I believe that we can preserve the beauty of Nature and make sure that we won't experience another outbreaks like this ever again.
I am sure that it must have been very hard for all of you, just take a break for one sec now (as you are reading this), think about this and know that you can ensure a safer future for you and your children. But also know that the will to help others even when you are struggling is extremely important, and it's all l need.
Thank you for giving what you can.
