This Valentine’s Day, I will join with nature lovers from all across the country as we race separately, but together, in WWF’s Race for Love. 

Please join me by signing up with "Sheppard Squad" to run or walk 5K, 10K, or a half-marathon. Sheppard Squad is led by my daughter, Brianna Sheppard, an environmental scientist at WWF. The WWF is an organization that works to counter the  most pressing threats to our planet, such as illegal wildlife trade, deforestation, climate change, and water scarcity.  

Our planet urgently needs help right now, and it’s up to all of us who love nature to do what we can to protect it. Most of us also need exercise right now! So please sign up to help your body and help the planet :)
