Hello world,
my name is JiSoo.
I've been a huge environment person since college. When I was in freshman college, I went to a mission trip in Colorado. I was spreading the words of gospel as I has hiking the Rockies. That was the coolest experience I ever had! However, I noticed that people around me were going to the Rockies to enjoy the nature but they were throwing out single use products constantly at the camp site. That made me very confused and made me realize that I really need to take an action to make a small impact to this Earth. Since then I've been trying to live my life sustainably at my best ability while being active with sustainability department at my undergrad years.
I don't have that much opportunity to fight for sustainability and climate justice apart from shopping local after graduation. I am still passionate about sustainability, and want to fight for this issue.
Sustainability would be meaningless if wildlife species are endanger because every species in this planets are interconnected somehow. Many scientists believe that humans will extinct as a result of destroying our own planet by deforestation, dumping, and illegal wildlife trade. This will affect our own livelihood: foods, water, energy and more.
I am currently fundraising for World Wildlife Fund's Species Step challenge to continue my journey to fight for this planets and the wild life. Now, I would like to invite you to come to this journey with me to fight for these animals against deforestation, climate change, and poaching. This world wide issue can be changed by a small actions we take in our every day.
Please join me in this important work by making a donation today. Even the small contribution can make a difference.
Thank you for joining me at this journey.
***Update***
